Color: Extraordinary delicate,  "salmon" pink glossy color.
Aroma: Delicate nose with hints of red cherry, fresh citrus and vanilla
Taste: Volumnious, juicy and elegant body with a sense of red fruit. Delicate and crisp finish.

Food: Antipasto, Chicken Smoked, Ham, Quail, Spicy Mexican, Venison
Cheese: Brie, Camember, Danish Blu, Sharp Cheddar;
Temperature: 12 °C

It is no chance that the Frenchmen from Provence and the Cote d'Azur have made a cult of rosé wine. This is perhaps the only wine suitable for lunch and dinner, for a hot afternoon or a cool evening. Wine without the pretensions of the large red and white wines, but for sure not less impressive with its amazing pink freshness and charm.
